You are a leader

statement

He who learns from instruction and correction is on the [right] path of life [and for others his example is a path toward wisdom and blessing], But he who ignores and refuses correction goes off course [and for others his example is a path toward sin and ruin].

Proverbs 10:17

Jesus called himself "the way." Anyway - we are ways too. How are we to comprehend that? Somebody claimed there would always be something that you could learn from whatever person you are spending time with. Likewise there would always be something you could teach them. Very probably there is somebody that sees you as a rolemodel. Everyone has to deal with the fact that he might be a rolemodel for someone else: you might be one for your sister or a friend of yours, even someone you would not guess. However someone walks by following your footprints. You created a way or let's just say: "your example is a path."
Rethinking your behaviour you might find it quite neccessary to make sure that you would like others to behave the same way. If others behaving your way would be a problem you might have to behave different.
What comes to your mind when you compare yourself to a way people walk on? Were you aware that your whole life and everything you do leaves traces? You can be sure someone is following those traces in one way or another. What would you like to do, not to do or to change having travelled this mental journey?
