If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body," is it therefore not of the body?

1 Corinthians 12:15 [NKJV]

That is a stupid question, of course the foot stays a part of the body. But let's apply that to church: if the worship leader says, "I am not a preacher so I'm not part of this church," he will still be part of the church, even if he drops out and doesn't attempt the services anymore, right? So now this guy would be considered a fool in our eyes, but he is still our brother and as the body we all suffer as he suffers (even in his own foolishness.) I don't have a perfect solution of doctrine about this but consider it, and think about it: Is there someone around you that does not get, that he is an important part of the church? What could you do to let him know?
