You go before them.

We were made kings and priests, right? (some queens of course too.) So are we fine with just following the flow - because that is what it looks like in practice, isn't it? We just want to live in peace with everyone. Fine, the point with peace, but there is a good deal of situations, where we should but fail to be a trendsetter. We should go before them - cross borders, be pioneers even literally. It's not enough to go where someone else has been. You have to pick up your own cross and follow God's call just for you. (Same with me.)
