Do not even think...

Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that you may learn in us not to think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on behalf of one against the other.

1 Corinthians 4:6 [NKJV]

It is interesting - we all know that we should not add anything to the bible, so we do not write any further books and sell them as part of the bible, but this verse tells us not even to think beyond what is written. There is of course great books, yet the bible is the most complete word of God and the most complete standard for living. There is no need of even thinking beyond it. Read it and get pumped.
